Bankata.ro was born in early 2020 from the need of two seasoned banking professionals to find the best mortgage in a time when visiting a bank branch was not an option. That’s when Diana and Andrei realized that even for experts like them, securing a mortgage could be a complex and frustrating process. They decided to bring all the financial knowledge they had gained throughout their careers—and from personal experiences—into one accessible online platform.
By the summer of 2021, Bankata officially launched in Romania, redefining the way people access financial information. We are not your typical financial company.
